What do C&A’s framers build?
The company names three projects for its framers and carpenters: custom fences, decks and sunrooms. Stairs belong on the list too; Lizelle H., who has used C&A at two different homes, put building stairs first among the jobs in a Google review.
Inside the house, framing is what a remodel starts with when walls move, openings get wider or a closet is built in. It’s also the skeleton behind the coffered ceilings and the media wall on the drywall and carpentry pages.
Custom fences
On the left is a new backyard privacy fence; on the right, an old fence C&A replaced, shown before and after. A lattice-top privacy fence is on the home page.

Settle a few things before the estimate: the length, the height, how many gates and which way they swing, and whether the old fence and its posts come out first.
Decks and pergolas
A deck is framing first: posts, beams and joists that carry the boards. One finished C&A job, on the home page, combines a wood deck with a pergola over an outdoor kitchen. When the building is done, the painting crew stains or seals it.
Sunrooms
A sunroom takes framing, drywall, trim, paint and a floor, and each of those is a C&A trade. The drywall page shows a sunroom the crew hung and finished.
